Hi, I'm Elizabeth.

I am a normal college girl, 22 years old, doing her best to get herself healthy. It is my goal to someday love my body, and I'm losing weight and toning up the healthy way. I enjoy working my body hard, the feeling of sore muscles puts me in a good mood. I drink water like a fish and refuse to put garbage in my system.

It's my goal to soon become a runner, and overall more of an athlete. I admire girls who put their bodies to the ultimate test every single day and prove to the world that strong is the new sexy.

For those who are going to a new high school, starting college, or just wanting to start this school year anew, here are some very simple tips that will change your routines for the better!  As simple as some of these may sound, we all need to be reminded every now and then that your education and your well being is of highest priority, and to do that, you must know what kind of help is available to you, how to be yourself, and how to reduce as much stress as possible!  I wish I could have covered more but there was no more space in my comic, so feel free to add any other tips if you’d like!  I hope you guys will have a wonderful school year.  uwu

Plus I will add - a LOT of these transfer to the working world when you get older. The things I struggled with in school I often still struggle with now. 

Make habits when you are younger and you will benefit for a lifetime!
