I am trying to lose weight in my thighs and tighten my stomach but I am not to sure of how to go about that. What are some things that you eat because it seems that you eat extremely healthy. Hey, thanks! My workout really vary and I think that’s what helps me a lot is that I don’t do the same things every day. Cardio helps all, that’s definitely something that everyone should remember, but pinpointing the abs and thighs, planks are always good and I do yoga for core workouts, and then for thighs, things like squats and wall sits help. Really, I google a lot to try to find new things, find what works for you and stick with it! As far as what I eat, that’s actually my weak spot, but I know I’m supposed to eat lots of plants, whole grains, and protein for muscle. I try to only drink water and green tea. |

-Sleep around 7.5 hours a night and get in a sleep schedule.
-Drink TONS of water everyday!
-Quit soda.
-Cut down on dairy.
-Lose 10 pounds.
-Flat stomach.
-Toned arms and legs.
-Get rid of fat chin.
Is that too much?
