Hi, I'm Elizabeth.
I am a normal college girl, 22 years old, doing her best to get herself healthy. It is my goal to someday love my body, and I'm losing weight and toning up the healthy way. I enjoy working my body hard, the feeling of sore muscles puts me in a good mood. I drink water like a fish and refuse to put garbage in my system.
It's my goal to soon become a runner, and overall more of an athlete. I admire girls who put their bodies to the ultimate test every single day and prove to the world that strong is the new sexy.
